Toronto Police Display Yield of 4 HUGE Drug & Firearm Busts JUNE 1, 2017

TORONTO ONTARIO – Projects Aqua, Panda, Gallo and Drizzle resulted in the seizure of more than 20 firearms including assault rifles, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, motor vehicles, $3.2 million in cash, 115 kilograms of cocaine, 44 kilograms of MDMA, 3.5 kilograms of heroin, one kilogram of fentanyl, 112 kilograms of marijuana, 11 kilograms of hashish and 1 kilogram of opium.

The news conference from Thursday, June 1, 2017, of Gun and Gang Task Force Inspector Peter Moreira and Drug Squad Acting Inspector Steve Watts can be seen at live-streamed.

On Thursday, March 30, 2017, 11 Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrants were simultaneously executed in Toronto and York Region, plus another on Friday, March 31, 2017, in Kitchener.

It is alleged that:

– individuals worked in a well-organized partnership trafficking large amounts of powder cocaine across the GTA and Kitchener using hidden compartments in their vehicles

It is further alleged that the following was seized by investigators:

• .38 calibre revolver and ammunition
• 41 kilograms of cocaine
• Cocaine press plates
• $324,195 in cash – Canadian currency
• two motor vehicles

Michele Spataro, 69, of Thornhill, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
2. two counts of Possession of Proceeds of Crime

– individuals worked in partnership trafficking controlled substances and firearms throughout the GTA and Simcoe County.

It is further alleged that this was seized by investigators:

• two Russian state Arsenal Tula “SK” assault rifles with two – 20 round magazines and ammunition
• .45 calibre Kimber pistol with four magazines
• .357 magnum revolver (silver)
• 9 mm Keltec pistol (black)
• .26 calibre revolver (black powder)
• Ingram 10 .45 calibre auto pistol with 23 rounds of ammunition

It is alleged that:

– individuals worked in a well-organized partnership trafficking large amounts of powder cocaine and MDMA and assorted controlled substances across Toronto and the GTA using hidden compartments in their vehicles

It is further alleged that this was seized by investigators:

• over 78 kilograms of powder cocaine
• 44 kilograms of MDMA
• 3.5 kilograms of Heroin
• 1 kilogram of Fentanyl
• 1 kilogram of Opium
• 112 kilograms of Marihuana
• 11 kilograms of Hashish
• assorted smaller amounts of controlled substances
• 272 kilograms of Phenacetin
• 100 kilograms of Procaine
• 50 kilograms of Benzocaine
• over $2.9 million in Canadian currency
• additional property
• 12 firearms with assorted ammunition

On Tuesday, May 23, 2017 members of the Toronto Police Service’s Integrated Gun & Gang Task Force concluded an investigation into a male suspected of trafficking in narcotics and in possession of a firearm.

Raian Naidoo, 33, of Toronto, was arrested in the Legion Road North and Manitoba Street area

It is alleged that:

– he was arrested by police while in possession of a loaded Glock handgun equipped with a laser site

– he was also in possession of an additional box of handgun ammunition on his person

A search warrant was executed on his residence and it is further alleged that the following was seized:

– a second loaded Glock handgun
– hundreds of additional rounds of firearm ammunition
– in excess of three kilograms of cocaine with an approximate street value of close to $200,000
– a cocaine press, along with paraphernalia used for cocaine trafficking
– $5000 in Proceeds of Crime

JAMES LABELLE & KEISHA MANEILLY Charged Coke, Meth, & Marijuana in Cornwall JUNE 16, 2017

MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – A 60-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on June 15th, 2017 and charged with mischief. It is alleged during an argument on June 15th, 2017 the woman damaged her boyfriend’s cell phone and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on July 20th, 2017. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

THREATS, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 38-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on June 15th, 2017 and charged with threats. It is alleged during an argument on June 15th, 2017 the man threatened his ex-girlfriend and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

DRUG WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – James Labelle, 29 and Keisha Maneilly, 21 both of Cornwall were arrested and charged as follows:

  • Possession of cocaine
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine
  • Possession of Methamphetamine
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine
  • Possession of Marijuana
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking Marijuana

Labelle was also charged with breach of probation for being in possession of drugs and failing to keep the peace.

(South Dundas) – On August 9, 2017 at approximately 3:10pm Stormont Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in South Dundas Township. Investigation revealed that a male youth had caused damage to property at the home. Investigation also revealed that male youth was in contravention of conditions imposed from a previous incident.

 

The 17-year-old male of Cornwall, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;

(South Dundas) – On August 9, 2017 at approximately 3:36pm, Stormont Dundas &Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a Trailer being taken from a property on County Road 31, South Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that on August 9, 2017 a 2011 Monarch 642 white Bumper pull trailer was stolen. Investigation continues.

(North Stormont) – On August 10, 2017 at approximately 7:18am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a break-in at a business on Main Street, North Stormont Township.

Investigation indicated that sometime overnight August 9, 2017 culprit(s) entered the business and removed tobacco products and alcohol.

DRUGS SEIZED

 

(South Glengarry) – On August 10, 2017 at approximately 10:56pm, Highway Safety Division Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducted a traffic stop and intercepted a vehicle on Highway 401 , South Glengarry Township. The stop resulted in the seizure of quantities of suspected marihuana and cocaine. Investigation also revealed that the male was in breach of previous release conditions and his driving privileges were disqualified stemming from previous driving related offences.

 

 

The driver, Raphael KAMBANGA-MUKOLE (36) of Montreal, Quebec was arrested and charged with;

Investigation indicated that altercation had taken place between a female and her husband resulting in the female assaulting the male.

 

A 50-year-old female from South Glengarry, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;

OPP HISTORY MADE WITH MASSIVE HAUL OF PURE COCAINE

Investigation Intercepts Intercontinental Drug Shipments

 

(ORILLIA, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has concluded an intercontinental investigation that has netted 1,062 kilograms of pure cocaine – the largest single drug seizure in OPP history.

At a news conference at OPP General Headquarters in Orillia, Commissioner J.V.N. (Vince) HAWKES, Deputy Commissioner Rick BARNUM and representatives from the project’s partner agencies unveiled details of the investigation and the stack of the evidence seized. The wholesale value of this seizure is estimated to be worth $60 million while the eventual street value, once cut, is approximately $250 million.

Project HOPE was conducted by the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB) and Provincial Operations Intelligence Bureau (POIB) in partnership with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Peel Regional Police, the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

During the course of the investigation, three individuals responsible for importing enormous quantities of cocaine from Argentina were identified and linked to cocaine transported on ocean-going vessels in shipping containers to the Port of Montreal for distribution in Ontario. Over the course of several months, the OPP worked with CBSA to identify the containers and locations. Subsequent investigation identified links to various caches of cocaine at a CBSA warehouse, at the Port of Montreal and in Stoney Creek, Ontario.

Luis Enrique KARIM-ALTAMIRANO, aged 52 years of Vaughan was charged on May 1, 2017 with

  • Importation of a Controlled Substance Schedule 1 – Cocaine (Section 6(1) Controlled Drug and Substances Act (CDSA);
  • Possession of a Controlled Schedule 1 Substance – Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking (Section 5(2) CDSA); and,
  • Drive While Disqualified (Section 259(4) Criminal Code).

He remains in custody pending a bail hearing on August 30.

Mauricio Antonio MEDINA-GATICA, aged 36 years of Brampton was charged on May 1, 2017 with:

  • Importation of a Controlled Substance Schedule 1 – Cocaine (Section 6(1) CDSA); and,
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule 1 – Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking (Section 5(2) CDSA).

 

He has since been released on bail.

Iban OROZCO-LOMELI, aged 45 years of Toronto, was charged on July 10, 2017 with

  • Importation of a Controlled Substance Schedule 1 – Cocaine (Section 6(1) CDSA); and,
  • Possession of a Controlled Schedule 1 Substance – Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking (Section 5(2) CDSA).

He has since been released on bail.

DRUG WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – As a result of ongoing investigations by the Cornwall Street Crime Unit five drug warrants were executed at four different residences within the city on August 23rd, 2017 resulting in the disruption of what is believed to be an organized group.

(South Dundas) – On September 23, 2017 at approximately 8:57am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft of several golf carts from a business on County Road 2, South Dundas Township. Cornwall, ON – Rachel Oakes, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on October 27th, 2017 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman failed to attend court on October 24th, 2017 and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On October 27th, 2017 the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Claude Rochon, 22 of Cornwall was arrested on October 27th, 2017 and charged with breach of undertaking for failing to notify a change of address and breach of recognizance for failing to sign in with police. It is alleged the man failed to sign in on October 25th, 2017 and an investigation ensued. During the investigation it was also learned the man failed to report a change of address. On October 27th, 2017 the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

THEFT OVER $5000

Cornwall, ON – Bryant Cougle, 71 of Ottawa was arrested on October 27th, 2017 and charged with theft over $5000. It is alleged in the month of May, 2017 the man exchanged machinery that did not belong to him to another man for a debt owed and police were contacted to investigate. On October 27th, 2017 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on November 30th, 2017.

POSSESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRAFFICKING, POSSESSION

Cornwall, ON – Shenthamilalakan Mayarajah, 24 and Anthony Velichore, 21 both of Montreal were arrested on October 29th, 2017 and charged with the following:

Possession for the purposes of trafficking Marihuana Possession of Cocaine Possession of Adderall Possession of Dilaudid Possession of the purpose of trafficking Xanax Possession cannabis resin

Velichore was also charged with breach of undertaking, recognizance and probation for failing to keep the peace.

It is alleged during a traffic stop in the early morning hours of October 29th, 2017 the men were found to be in possession of a quantity of Marijuana, cocaine, Dilaudid, Xanax and cannabis resin. They were taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

There were 165 calls for service in the City of Cornwall in over the weekend (8am Friday to 8am Monday morning).

(Prescott, ON) – On October the 30th, 2017, at approximately 11:45 a.m., the Ontario Provincial Police Community Street Crime Unit and the Ontario Provincial Police Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at an apartment in the village of Cardinal, in the township of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal.

Ashley CLEARY and James ELLIS, both age 30 and both from the village of Cardinal are charged with:

Cornwall, ON – Paul Grant, 32 of Cornwall was arrested on November 14th, 2017 and charged with breach of recognizance for failing to report to Cornwall Community Police Service as directed. It is alleged the man failed to sign in on November 3rd, 2017 and an investigation ensued. On November 14th, 2017 the man was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

SEXUAL ASSAULT

Cornwall, ON – Gene Boivin, 48 of Williamstown was arrested on November 14th, 2017 and charged with sexual assault. It is alleged in early October, 2017 the man inappropriately touched a 36-year-old man known to him and police were contacted to investigate. On November 14th, 2017 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 28th, 2017.

ROBBERY, CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON, POINTING A FIREARM, POSSESSION OF A WEAPON FOR A DANGEROUS PURPOSE, POSSESSION OF COCAINE

Cornwall, ON – Dillon Brunet, 20 of Cornwall was arrested on November 14th, 2017 and charged with the following:

  • Robbery – using a firearm
  • Carrying a concealed weapon
  • Pointing a firearm
  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Possession of cocaine

It is alleged on November 12th, 2017 the man entered a local convenience store on Pitt Street and demanded money all the while brandishing a hand gun. Police were contacted and an investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division ensued. On November 14th, 2017 the man was located by police, taken into custody, found to be in possession of cocaine, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

BREAK AND ENTER, POSSESSION OF PROPERTY OBTAINED BY CRIME

Cornwall, ON – A 20-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on November 14th, 2017 and charged with break and enter and possession of property obtained by crime. It is alleged sometime in late October, 2017 or early November, 2017 the man forced his way into his parent’s residence and removed property that did not belong to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On November 14th, 2017 the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victims in the matter.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Devon MacDonald, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on November 14th, 2017 and charged with breach of recognizance for having in his possession of a device that has access to the internet. He was also charged with breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged while investigating an unrelated matter on November 14th, 2017 the man was found to be in possession of an electronic device that he has conditions not to possess. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 20th, 2017.

There were 50 calls for service in the City of Cornwall in the last 24 hours (8am the previous day to 8am the day of the release).

(LEEDS, ON.) –   On November 16, 2017 members of the Leeds Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Crime Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a residence. Drug paraphernalia, cash and various types of drugs were seized.

As a result 45 year old William MATTICE, 43 year old Laurie MATTICE, 21 year old Marissa MATTICE, 18 year old Ryan MATTICE all of Leeds and the Thousand Islands Township have been charged with 7 (seven) counts each of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. Drugs were namely Cocaine, Heroin, Psilocybin, Oxycodone, Hydromorphone, Cannabis Resin, and Marihuana. William MATTICE was further charged with Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence.

Also included and charged in this investigation is 18 year old Isaac UBDEGROVE of Rideau Lakes Township who faces 7 (seven) counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. 41 year old Imad KHOURY of Ottawa faces a charge of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance and Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence.

Imad Khoury is scheduled to appear on December 1, 2017. The remaining have court dates scheduled for December 29, 2017 at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Division in Brockville.

The approximate street value of all drugs seized was $30,000.

Cornwall Ontario – The RCMP swooped in and charged 16 people today as they attempt to bust an alleged tobacco smuggling network.

Police are stating that the ring operates mainly out of the Akwesasne territory in NY to Kahnawake via Lac St. François.

The police reported over 150 deliveries by boat were monitored.



The Akwesasne Mohawk Police Service, Sûreté du Québec & officers from Montreal, St-Eustache, Longueuil and Thérèse-De Blainville were involved.

Project Cendrier (ASHTRAY in English) has been going on for months, but this has been the largest single day bust and focuses on  large-scale production and trafficking of cannabis, and cocaine in the Valleyfield region.

Project Sabotage: Guns and drugs seized, 16 people charged

(Ottawa) – Project Sabotage, a six month Guns and Gangs Unit-led investigation into gun and drug trafficking in the city of Ottawa has resulted in 16 people charged with multiple offences. 13 people have been arrested so far.

The covert and undercover investigation involved the use of a police agent.

The investigation led to the execution of 14 search warrants at addresses across the region, beginning Thursday morning with Gatineau Police, Sûreté du Québec, RCMP and other OPS investigative sections assisting.

“Gun violence is an enforcement priority for our Service. This important Guns and Gangs investigation targeted gun and drug trafficking in our community,” said Ottawa Police Chief Charles Bordeleau. “This project will have a significant impact on gang and illicit trafficking operations and we will continue with these efforts to ensure the safety of the public.”

Officers seized 24 firearms including semi-automatic weapons, long guns, handguns (both revolvers and semi auto pistols) and ammunition. Narcotics (cocaine and Fentanyl patches) were also seized along with a drug press and cash. In one case a semi-automatic weapon was modified with a bump stock.

“Project Sabotage addresses illegal gun and drug trafficking through enforcement and suppression,” said Ottawa Police Guns and Gangs Staff Sergeant Tim Hodgins. “Enforcement projects like Sabotage are a vital tool for helping to reduce gun trafficking and reduce gun violence in our city.”

BREAK AND ENTER, ASSAULT, MISCHIEF, BREACH

A 32-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on December 19th, 2017 and charged with break and enter, assault, mischief and breach of recognizance for failing to notify a change of address. It is alleged on December 5th, 2017 the man forced his way into his ex-girlfriend’s residence, damaged the door and assaulted her. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On December 19th, 2017 the man was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

POSSESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRAFFICKING, POSSESSION

Cornwall, ON – Alcide Ceasor, 54 and Calvin Ceasor, 29 both of Cornwall were arrested on December 19th, 2017 and charged with possession of cocaine and hydromorphone for the purpose of trafficking. Calvin Ceasor was also charged with possession of marijuana and fentanyl. It is alleged the men were found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine and hydromorphone during a traffic stop. Both men were taken into custody and Calvin Ceasor was found to be in possession of marijuana and fentanyl. Both were charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

ASSAULT, ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON, INJURING AN ANIMAL, POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, BREACH

Cornwall, On – Mark George, 25 of Ottawa was arrested on December 19th, 2017 and charged with assault, assault with a weapon, injuring an animal, possession of metamphetamine, possession of novo-methylphenidate, breach of probation for failing to keep the peace and breach of recognizance for failing to remain in his Ottawa residence. It is alleged on December 19th, 2017 the man assaulted a man known to him, struck him with a golf club and kicked his dog. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the man was located by police, taken into custody and found to be in possession of controlled substances. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

BREACH, UNLAWFULLY IN A DWELLING, ASSAULT

Cornwall, ON – A 32-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on December 20th, 2017 and charged with assault, unlawfully in a dwelling and breach of undertaking for communicating with her ex-husband, attending his residence and by being within 100 meters of him. It is alleged on December 20th, 2017 the woman attended her ex-husband’s residence, forced her way in and assaulted him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

DRUG WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Christopher Lynch, 30 of Cornwall was arrested on December 20th, 2017 and charged with possession of cocaine and fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking. He was also charged with possession of cocaine and possession of property obtained by crime (cash). On December 20th, 2017 members of the Cornwall Street Crime Unit took the man into custody during a traffic stop and executed a drug warrant at a Fifth Street East address. A quantity of fentanyl, cocaine and Canadian currency was located. Christopher Lynch was held for a bail hearing and charged as follows:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine
  • Property obtained by crime
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl
  • Possession of cocaine

The estimated street value of the drugs seized is estimated to be $40,000.00

IMPAIRED OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, FAIL TO STOP AT THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT, FLIGHT FROM POLICE, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Daniel Quigley, 31 of Cornwall was arrested on December 20th, 2017 and charged with flight from police, fail to remain at the scene of an accident, impaired operation of a motor vehicle and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on December 20th, 2017 the man was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol when the van he was driving collided with a vehicle on Marlborough Street and another vehicle in the area of Prince Arthur Street and Walton Street. Police were contacted and located the man who failed to stop for police. His vehicle was then located lodged in a snow bank on Park Street. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

(LEEDS, ON.) –   Officers of the Leeds and the Thousand Islands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are continuing an investigation into multiple criminal charges after a traffic stop.

On January 2, 2018 at about 11:30 P.M. O.P.P officers stopped a vehicle in Seeley’s Bay for a Highway Traffic Act Offence.  After the stop, a weapons and drug investigation began.



40 year old Lee KITT of Kingston and 33 year old Christopher LANG of Joyceville face joint charges of Possession of Cocaine, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, and for Failing to Comply with a Recognizance. KITT is further charged with Obstructing a Peace Officer. Both men were held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Division in Brockville on January 3, 2018 to answer to their charges.

30 year old vehicle occupant Charley HALLADAY of Rideau Lakes faces a charge of Possession of Cocaine. She is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Division in Brockville on February 9, 2018 to answer to her charge.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Isabelle Cabot, 41 of Cornwall attended police headquarters on January 3rd, 2018 to deal with outstanding charges as a result of a drug warrant that was executed at a Fifth Street residence on December 20th, 2017. She was taken into custody, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of fentanyl and possession of property obtained by crime. She was then released to appear in court on February 13th, 2018.

It is alleged during an argument on January 3rd, 2018 the man assaulted his girlfriend and police were contacted to investigate. THEFT UNDER $5000

Cornwall, ON – Steven Coleman, 34 of Cornwall was arrested on January 11th, 2018 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on December 21st, 2017 the man removed a quantity of cash from a register at the St Lawrence College and police were contacted to investigate. On January 11th, 2018 while in custody on unrelated charges the man was advised of the theft under charge and he remained in custody for a bail hearing.

DRUG WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Members of the Cornwall Street Crime Unit with the assistance of the RCMP and CBSA executed a drug warrant at a Bedford Street address on January 11th, 2018. As a result of the warrant a quantity of Percocet pills were located along with crack cocaine, Fentanyl patches, marijuana, morphine pills, cash, knives and a taser. Arrested and charged accordingly are the following Cornwall residents:

(LEEDS, ON.) –   On January 11, 2018 members of the Leeds Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Emergency Response Team (ERT), Leeds OPP Crime Unit and OPP Regional Support Team executed two search warrants at residences in Elizabethtown-Kitley Township.

OPP attended residences on Kitley Line 2 and County Road 16 and seized a quantity of cocaine, marihuana, psilocybin, and Canadian currency. The street value of the drugs is approximately $9000.00.



58 year old Dennis MOORE of Elizabethtown-Kitley Township was arrested and faces charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (3 counts), and Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition. 70 year old Allen LEBLANC of Elizabethtown-Kitley Township was arrested and faces charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (2 counts). Both are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Division in Brockville on February 23, 2017 to answer to their charges.

18 year old Cowan RABESCA-MOHNS of Smiths Falls and 19 year old Taryn BRADBURY of Elizabethtown-Kitley Township face charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (3 counts) and Failing to Comply with a Probation Order (2 counts). Both were held in custody pending a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Division in Brockville on January 12, 2017.
